Everyday Should Be Tamale For Breakfast Day

Look at THAT! Went to the Portland Farmers Market this morning and got a sweet potato and onion tamale.  Topped with hot salsa and sour cream for $5.  The insides were fresh tasting and flavorful, the masa dough was perfect, and the salsa was quite tasty.  I liked the contrast of the piping hot tamale with the cold salsa, it worked very well together.  On a cool morning, nothing could be better.
